NLY Community Sport will be spreading Christmas cheer across West and South Yorkshire by delivering presents to young people with disabilities and learning difficulties.

The project is being led by James Grayson and Glasshoughton Welfare’s Connor Rollinson who both run NLY Community Sport – the sister organisation of Non League Yorkshire.

Connor and James said: “Christmas is the best time of the year for a lot of people, but for some it can be the worst.

“A lot of people from deprived backgrounds need a bit of support during the Christmas season so we want to do something good.

“We’ve always said that we’re both extremely passionate about helping disadvantaged people and this is a very worthwhile project which should give people a lift.”

Anyone wanting to donate or get involved with the project should contact either Connor or James.
