The Iceman Danny Frost’s second half winner was all in-form Frickley Athletic needed in their 1-0 victory over Loughborough Dynamo at Westfield Lane.

The former Shaw Lane striker’s goal ensured that Frickley remain chugging along at the same pace as their rivals. The victory was their fourth consecutive in the league.

In the North, Brighouse Town were the day’s big winners as Aaron Martin and Callum Robinson struck in the precious 2-1 win at Kendal Town.

Late goals from Michael Coulson and James Walshaw (2) earned Scarborough Athletic a 3-1 win at Droylsden.

Goole AFC lost at Hyde United, Ossett Town were beaten 2-0 at home by Colwyn Bay, Ossett Albion lost at Trafford and Tadcaster Albion were defeated 2-0 by South Shields.

In the Premier Division, Farsley Celtic lost 1-0 at home to leaders Altincham.
