Toolstation NCEL Division One
Ambidextrous footballer Liam Owen has swapped the sights and sounds of Nostell Miners Welfare for Worsbrough Bridge.
Young starlet Owen, the son of former Sheffield Wednesday and Barnsley winger Gordon, is a useful signing as he can play in a number of positions, including right-back, all across midfield and upfront.
Last season he was a well-sought after player due to his performances for Ossett Town in the Evo Stik.
He has previously turned out for his local team during the Dave Mace and Josh Wright eras.
Owen recently left Nostell, along with close associate Kai Hancock.
