Talismanic captain Graham Hall has been added to Campion’s growing injury list.
Hall was carried off on the hour mark after blocking a shot during the 4-1 defeat at Nostell Miners Welfare.
He now faces a spell on the side-lines, but joint manager Lee Ashforth believes the injury is not as bad as first-feared.
“It looks like ankle-ligament damage so you’re probably looking at three or four weeks,” Ashforth told Non League Yorkshire.
“When he went down, you just hope it isn’t a bad one. I thought it looked a bad one straightaway because he’s not the type of player who goes down.
“It adds to him to the list of Marcus Day, Danny Facey and Aiden Day. We have a lot of key players out.
“Scott Eastwood is probably another one who is three or four weeks away. It is not good and we need to get a couple of results before they get back.
“These things happen in Non League Football and you have to get on with it. People work, people get injured and we may have to look to bring in a couple of players to bolster the squad.”
