Roper returns at Tad, while Frickley sign one

Corey Roper has rejoined Tadcaster Albion

One-time player of the season Corey Roper is back at Tadcaster Albion for a second spell.

The midfielder left Tadcaster at the end of the 2018/19 season after two years with the club to join higher league Whitby Town who he has left because of travelling and work commitments.

In the NPL South East, Frickley Athletic have signed Jack Wightwick.

The attacking midfielder previously played under Frickley boss Dave Frecklington at Spalding United

His other previous clubs are Boston Town, Grantham Town and Lincoln United.
