Aleks Starcenko and Jed Zanos are the latest young players to sign for Pontefract Collieries after successful pre-seasons.
Starcenko, a Guiseley academy graduate and ex-Hyde United player, spent time on loan with the Colls last season.
Zanos is also an ex-Guiseley youngster and his men’s football experience is from Ripon City.
Just like most of Ponte’s summer signings, the pair fit the profile of young and hungry players who want to learn and develop.
The Colls have also added Richard March and Tony Wigfull to their recruitment and scouting team.
March is currently working towards his UEFA A Licence and has worked within the Youth Development Phase at Rotherham United for several years. Wigfull currently works with the Manchester City academy scouting department.
