Former York City goalkeeper Michael Ingham has become Jonathan Greening’s assistant manager at Scarborough Athletic.
Ingham has been Tadcaster Albion’s goalkeeper since 2016 and he has also worked alongside Greening for I2i Sports.
But he is best known for his eight-year stint with York during which the Minstermen returned to the Football League.
Greening said: “Not only does Ingy have a UEFA A goalkeeping licence, but he has a UEFA B outfield licence and he is a great bloke.
“He’s played at this level of football for a number of seasons with Tadcaster, so he knows it inside out.
“I’ve worked with him at i2i for a lot of years, so I know what he brings. I know he’s really looking forward to getting going.”
