Hemsworth Miners Welfare have begun unveiling their summer signings with a double capture.
More are to follow, but goalkeeper Dan Morton and winger Kane Swinburn are the opening two names.
Morton is the former Rossington Main, Goole AFC and Worsbrough Bridge stopper who has had a break from NCEL football for a couple of years – apart from his memorable cameo appearance for Maltby Main last year.
He more recently appeared for Swinton Athletic during their EV2 SHCSL League Cup triumph.
Midfielder Swinburn arrives from Penistone Church.
He used to play for Stocksbridge Park Steels and he once hit the headlines after scoring a hat-trick on his debut for Athersley Rec.
The pair help fill the gaps left by the departed Brett Souter (Brighouse Town) and new Armthorpe Welfare pair Jack Wilson and Matty Hughes.
