Brid came from behind to win 5-2 thanks to a destructive opening 15 minutes to the second half.
Lewis Taylor put the Pikes in front but Agnew and Danny Earl ensured Brid were ahead at half-time.
Agnew, Flynn McNaughton and Will Annan powered Brid further in front in the second half.
Luke Jones pulled one back for Pickering.
One blow for Brid was the dismissal of Earl for two bookable offences.
