Bradford (Park Avenue) certainly put the record straight with Alfreton Town as they cantered to an incredible 5-0 win at Horsfall Stadium.

Mark Bower described their performance at Alfreton several months ago as the worst of the campaign and his men managed to serve the best yet in a revenge mission.

Harrison Hopper fired them ahead in the ninth minute but it wasn’t until the second half when they took full control.

Brad Dockerty continued his fine form with the second and third goals.

Adam Nowakowski lobbed Alfreton goalkeeper George Willis for the fourth.

Loan star Lewis Knight sealed the win in the last minute.

Avenue’s fourth win in six games pushes further towards safety.

Guiseley secured a second successive home win to strengthen their survival bid.

The Lions beat Darlington thanks Andy Hollins’ late goal.

New Farsley Celtic manager Russ Wilcox watched his new side fight back twice to secure a 3-3 draw against play-offs chasing Chorley.

Adam Clayton was the man who scored the goal to end a run of five straight league defeats.

Jimmy Spencer and Will Hayhurst also hit the target for Farsley.

York City won 3-0 at Blyth Spartans.

Clayton Donaldson, Jack McKay and Paddy McLaughlin netted for York.

FC Halifax Town’s top of the table clash with Bromley at The Shay was postponed quite late-on due to a waterlogged pitch.
