Charlie Marshall raised the roof at promotion-chasing Garforth Town after scoring the 92nd minute winner in the ‘club’s biggest match in years’ against rivals Eccleshill United.
The youngster steered a one-touch shot home after pouncing on James Burgess’s wonder cross to hand the Miners a priceless 1-0 win.
His father Paul sprinted onto the field when Burgess scored the 96th minute overhead kick winner against Handsworth.
With this goal he was probably propelled to the moon or to Glasgow where he was meant to be watching Country to Country with his wife!
Garforth are now back in second spot but that counts for nothing as the chasing pack of Eccleshill, Winterton Rangers and Sherwood Colliery have games-in-hand.
Penistone Church are still a threat but their bubble burst for the first time for months as they lost 3-0 at champions-elect Grimsby Borough.
Penistone took two full buses of supporters but the game was over by half-time.
Silsden lost 1-0 to AFC Mansfield.
Basement side Athersley Rec lost 2-0 at Winterton Rangers.
