Greening finished ahead of the pack in the recent vote.
Penistone Church manager Steve Lenthall came second.
North Ferriby boss Chris Bolder claimed third spot.
Richard Tracey steered Emley AFC away from relegation danger in February and he finished fourth.
In fifth was Armthorpe Welfare manager Lee Morris.
