Lee Elam’s side will head all the way to Southern League outfit Kempston Rovers for the Step 4/5 Inter-Step Play-Offs.
Victory will see Eccleshill win promotion to the Northern Premier League for the first time in their history.
Eccleshill earned the right to play the one-off fixture as they finished as runners-up in the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division.
