A no nonsense defender has strengthened Ossett United’s side.
Former AFC Mansfield captain and ex-Handsworth youngster Tom Cropper has been handed a chance at Ossett.
Mark Ward said: “We are happy to get this deal done, we tried to sign TC last season but he chose to be loyal to AFC Mansfield as he was the captain there.
“He has fitted in really well, keen to learn and he looks extremely fit”.
Ossett’s first friendly is at Penistone Church on Friday night.
