Ian Richards has nailed down one of his upcoming planned signings at Stocksbridge Park Steels.
Defender Elliott Murray has linked up well with Charlie Oglesby in pre-season and his signing was confirmed following the win at Eccleshill United on Saturday.
Murray was on Brighouse Town’s books last season and he also has NPL experience from playing for Mickleover Sports.
He came through the Derby County academy.
Stocksbridge are expected to enjoy two big crowds this week.
A Sheffield Wednesday X1 visit on Tuesday night before Barnsley bring an X1 over on Saturday.
