Kane Reece’s winner defeated Swallownest and propelled red hot Armthorpe Welfare into the top half.
Armthorpe won 3-2 in the battle of the in-form sides who are enjoying really good seasons.
In some respect Armthorpe may be relieved to have taken the three points having surrendered a two-goal lead.
Former Barnsley youngster Louis Wardle scored both of them.
He turned in Owen Sykes’ long throw for the opener in the first half.
Then in the second his free kick from 40 yards flew into the net.
Swallownest turned the game around with quick-fire goals around the hour mark.
Liam Frost and Oliver Grady scored.
However, Welfare had the last word as the ex-Pontefract Collieries star Reece pounced on a long throw to score the winner.
Harrogate Railway scored a late equaliser in the 2-2 draw with Horbury Town.
Oli Norman’s opener for Railway was cancelled by the experienced Craig Laight.
Ben Agu looked to have won it for Horbury until Elliott Holmes was Railway’s saviour.
