Frickley Athletic pulled off arguably their best victory of the campaign so far by putting three past local rivals Hemsworth Miners Welfare without reply inside a packed Westfield Lane.

Lloyd Smith and Josh Haigh put Wayne Benn’s Frickley in charge by half-time in front of over 500 people. 

Alhassane Keita added the third close to the hour mark.

Hallam striker Brad Kerr

Two late goals from Jack Brownell and Brad Kerr earned Hallam their 2-0 defeat of Handsworth.

Adam Field, Kayle Price, Slater Barnes, Buddy Cox, Nathan Woodward and Daniel Naidole netted.

Luke Williams, Adam Williams and Zak Khan scored for Albion.

Maltby Main were reduced to ten men early on against Barton Town and they eventually succumbed to a 4-1 defeat at Barton Town.

Alister Haydock did bring them back level at one stage.
