Duncan Bray and Nick Handley have bolstered their strike-force at Pontefract Collieries with two signings.

Aaron Moxam has arrived from Shirebrook Town and Steve Palfrey from Yorkshire Amateur.

Moxam has previously played for Hallam, Winterton and Staveley.

Palfrey is well-known on the West Yorkshire circuit on a Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

Palfrey’s most memorable period was with Harrogate Railway under current Pontefract captain Nigel Danby when the Station View club did well in the FA Trophy in 2010.

He was a target for Knaresborough Town last season.

Garforth Town have let Mark Fereday go back to Dronfield Town after less than a month at Wheatley Park.

Fereday has gone straight into Dronfield’s squad for tonight’s Toolstation NCEL Division One clash at Selby Town.
