Danny Frost’s excellent form continued as he hit a hat-trick to down Farsley AFC in Bradford (Park Avenue)’s 5-1 West Riding County Cup victory.
The win ensures Avenue boss John Deacey will have a reunion with his old mate Paul Marshall, the Tadcaster manager in the semi-finals in February.
Farsley found themselves 4-0 down at half-time against their Conference North opponents with Frost (2), Joe Colbeck and Richard Marshall scoring.
Lewis Nightingale pulled a goal back with a long range strike early in the second half before Frost put his name on the match-ball with his third of the night.
Farsley’s night did not get any better when Nightingale’s penalty was saved.
