Barton manager Dave Anderson with his new first team coach Paul Sarel
Paul Sarel has been confirmed as the new first team coach of Barton Town Old Boys.
Sarel joins from North Ferriby United where he was coaching their reserves and under 19s side.
He will now assist Dave Anderson and Mally Parker at the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division side.
Anderson said: “Paul is highly spoken of and after talking and seeing what he has to offer it was obvious that we wanted to bring him to the club.
“We are looking to push on this season and this appointment is part of that development.”
Barton have also spent the last few days confirming some of the players who are staying at the club.
Scott Phillips, Sam Belcher, Ash Dexter, Ash Lattimore, Gareth Barlow and Louis Kirk are remaining with Barton.
