Terry Higgins has stepped down as chairman of Toolstation NCEL Division One leaders AFC Emley because of work commitments.  Mr Higgins stepped into the breach in September 2013 after John Whitehead’s decision to step down following Darren Hepworth’s sacking and then eventual reinstatement.
